Participation is restricted to users in jurisdictions where crypto-based prize draws are legally permissible. It is the participant's responsibility to comply with local law. Drawario reserves the right to refuse service or withhold payouts where required by law or where suspicious activity is detected.

Drawario is strictly an adult-only service (18+). Participation by minors is prohibited and a violation will result in immediate account termination and the forfeiture of any pending tickets.

We may request identity verification, source-of-funds documentation and wallet-ownership proof, particularly for large payouts or where suspicious activity is detected. Refusal to provide reasonable KYC information may delay or void a payout. We do not store KYC documents longer than legally required.

Self-referral, sock-puppet accounts, collusion, automated ticket purchases and any attempt to manipulate draws are prohibited. Affected tickets and bonuses will be voided and the offending wallets blocked.

Drawario follows responsible-gaming principles: clear pricing, no hidden fees, no aggressive marketing, no chasing-loss prompts and easy access to limits and self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming page. Participants are reminded that lotteries are entertainment, not a way to make money.

All draw outcomes are final and verifiable on-chain via the published payout transaction hash. Operational issues (missing tickets, wrong-network payments, payout delays beyond the 5-day SLA) should be escalated to support@drawario.com with order ID and transaction hash.
