By using Drawario, you acknowledge and agree that you enter into a binding agreement with Drawario and accept these Terms and Conditions.

You must be 18 years of age or older or have reached the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction. By using Drawario you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for determining whether using Drawario is legal in your jurisdiction. Drawario does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that the service is legal in your country. Drawario may block access from territories where prize draws, crypto payments or similar services are prohibited or require a license.

Drawario is an entertainment platform that organises prize draws funded by ticket purchases. Participation is voluntary and you are playing for yourself with your own funds.

Drawario operates two modes — Jackpot and Express. Each ticket gives one entry in the pool or round it was bought for. Tickets do not cross modes or tiers.

Payments are made in supported crypto networks. You must send the correct amount on the selected network. Payments sent on the wrong network may be lost. Drawario is not responsible for transactions sent to the wrong address or network.

Winners are randomly selected from confirmed tickets only. The winner of each pool or round receives 80% of the gross pool. Drawario keeps 20% as a platform fee. Payouts are made to the wallet provided at checkout, generally within 35 days of a Jackpot draw and shortly after an Express round closes.

Drawario may operate a referral program where users earn commission for confirmed ticket purchases by their referrals. Specific terms are described in the referral dashboard.

You agree to participate responsibly. Drawario is entertainment, not a way to solve financial difficulties. See the Responsible Gaming page for tools and guidelines.

Drawario may request identity information for compliance, AML and fraud prevention. Drawario may delay or refuse payouts if suspicious activity is detected, wallet ownership cannot be verified, multiple accounts are detected, or KYC information is not provided.

Drawario may refuse, cancel, suspend or void any activity if fraud, abuse, illegal activity, money laundering or policy violations are suspected.

Winning is never guaranteed. Every ticket gives you a chance — nothing more. You may lose the funds used to purchase tickets.

Drawario is not liable for losses beyond the amount paid for tickets. The platform is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Drawario may update these Terms. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Drawario may restrict access from countries, states, provinces or jurisdictions where prize draws, crypto payments, online gambling, betting or similar services are prohibited or require a license.

• The user is responsible for checking local laws before using Drawario.
• If a user is located in a restricted territory, they must not use the platform.
• Drawario reserves the right to block access, reject orders, cancel tickets, freeze payouts or close accounts if restricted territory usage is detected.
